The Chayton Group | True Web Hosting and Design

1. Affiliate sites will be reviewed before acceptance into the program.
2. Affiliates will be notified via email of their acceptance. Affiliates will receive their affiliate link.
3. Affiliates will be paid monthly an amount equal to 20% of the hosting fees associated with their affiliate code. Payments are residual. This means that if an account signs up through an affiliates code, the affiliate will receive 20% of that account's monthly fee every month that account is a member of Chayton Group's web hosting.
4. Affiliates are paid for hosting accounts only. If a customer signs up for a design package, the affiliate will be paid for the hosting portion of that package only. The affiliate will be paid in one lump sum in the month the client signs up for the affiliates percentage of the contract. For example, should a client sign up for one year of starter package hosting, the affiliate will be paid 20% of 6.95 x 12 in the month the sign up client qualifies.
5. Affiliates will be paid on the same schedule that their accounts pay. If a client pays quarterly, the affiliate will be paid 20% of the quarterly payment at the time of the payment.
6. Affiliates are paid via paypal ONLY to the email address that they enter in the form below. Please make sure that the email address that you enter below is the same that you use for your paypal account.
7. The Chayton Group absolutely does not support spam, hate sites, adult related material sites, etc. Please read our terms fully. Affiliate accounts will be treated as hosting accounts in regards to termination for violation of these terms.
8. The account must be live for a minimum of one calendar month before affiliate payouts qualify on that account. For example, if a client signs up on Jan 15, the affiliate will be paid their first monthly commission on the next billing cycle after Feb 15 for the first month. Likewise, a client must be a client for at least 20 days of a calendar month for the account to qualify for affiliate payout. For example, should the client that signed up on Jan 15th cancel their account on March 2, the affiliate will qualify for payout for Jan 15 - Feb 14, but will not qualify for payout for Feb 15 - March 2. Also, should a client process a chargeback for a hosting period or otherwise cancel or dispute the account, the affiliate will not qualify for payout for that account. These measures are taken to protect Chayton Group and clients from possible fraudulent signups for the sole purpose of garnering affiliate payouts.
